Shooting clubs & associations
Hill Top is a home for pistol clubs, rifle clubs, and hunting clubs across NSW. Our world-class 50m, 500m, and 800m ranges are purpose-built for training, competition, and recreational use. Clubs can book lanes or entire ranges, making Hill Top the perfect venue for club training days, competitive events, and load development sessions.
Individuals & families
Casual shooters are welcome at Hill Top Shooting Complex. Whether you’re sighting in your rifle, practising marksmanship, or simply enjoying a day on the range, our facilities provide a safe and welcoming environment. Families and younger shooters (under supervision and within regulations) will find Hill Top to be an accessible, community-oriented complex.
Try shooting experiences
If you’ve ever wanted to learn to shoot in a safe and supervised environment, Hill Top offers structured Try Shooting packages. These sessions are run by qualified instructors who provide everything you need—from firearms and safety gear to step-by-step guidance. Perfect for newcomers, groups, or anyone curious to experience shooting for the first time.
Corporate & team building events
Looking for a unique and memorable team experience? Our corporate and group packages are designed for businesses and organisations that want to build confidence, teamwork, and focus in a safe, structured environment. Packages include safety briefings, guided shooting experiences, and the use of our modern facilities.
Shooting training and accreditation
The SSAA NSW Hill Top Shooting Complex is also a training hub for those wishing to:
- Undertake a Longarm firearms safety training course
- Undertake a Handgun/Pistol firearms safety training course
- Use a range as part of a firearms training session
- Complete mandatory participation attendances with your association or club
